Organizer: The raffle is hosted by Darfon Europe B.V., trading as BESV Europe.

Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years or older. Employees of BESV, GROFA, and related companies are not eligible.

Participation: One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be excluded. Entry requires name, email, and correct answer to the quiz question, plus agreement to the Terms and newsletter sign-up.

Entry Period: Closes September 12, 2025 at 11:59 PM CET.

Prize: One winner will receive a BESV TRS 160 Moon Edition e-MTB. Non-transferable, no cash alternative.

Winner Notification: Draw takes place after deadline. Winner will be contacted via email. If no reply within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.

Data Protection: Personal data is used only for raffle processing and newsletter, in line with our Privacy Policy.

Legal: BESV reserves the right to cancel or modify the raffle at any time. Legal recourse is excluded. Subject to Dutch law.
